Mini Biography
Born in Pickering, Ontario, Kristen Holden-Reid was studying at Montreal's Concordia University School of Business when he went to his first audition and landed the leading role in 12th century drama, Young Ivanhoe. It helped that he was a champion competitor in riding and fencing. A former member of the Canadian National Pentathlon Team, he has a silver medal from both the Pan American and Pan Pacific Pentathlon Championships.

He trained as an actor with Uta Hagen's Master Class Scene Study, with Janine Manatis as well as at the Green Room Actor's Workshop and the National Film Acting School.

He has built himself a well-respected, growing reputation as a character actor. He's had juicy roles in Touch of Pink (2004), Death of Alice Blue, The (2008), Ice Bound (2003) (TV), The Many Trials of One Jane Doe (2002) (TV), A Killing Spring (2002) (TV), K-19: The Widowmaker (2002), Chasing Cain (2001), Hendrix (2000) (TV), Forget Me Never (1999) (TV) and The Crossing (2000) (TV). He also had recurring roles on such television shows as "Paradise Falls" (2001), "Degrassi: The Next Generation" (2001) and "Riverdale" (1997).
